When you manage people, what do you manage? Mind or body? All activities have to be initiated, exercised, evaluated and judgement made by the MIND. One can measure mass & energy. Can we measure MIND? Hence, it is called spiritual! As Leaders, You have to understand and manage your MIND as well as the mind of others. Mind is “Man” and comes Management!
